JULY 2022 - PRODUCT UPDATE SUMMARY - INBOX UPDATE

If you've been using the inbox lately, you'll probably already have noticed a few changes.

We've added some more features to the inbox to make it even easier to use, and to help you manage customer conversations across your business. 

What's changed?

Well, to start with we've shifted a few things around to make the interface cleaner and easier to navigate. For example, the "Close/Open Conversation," "Unsubscribe/resubscribe" and "Hide Profile" options have been consolidated into a collapsible menu:

We've also added a "collapse/expand" toggle to the contact profile window so you can expand the conversation pane to make it easier to read:

Broadcast names attached to outgoing messages (yay!)

This one was something that a lot of you were asking for - we've added the broadcast name to each message that was sent as part of a broadcast. So now you can easily see which campaigns your contacts are replying to.

Finally, we made a small adjustment to the way you edit contact profiles in the inbox. Instead of clicking on an "Edit" option, you can now toggle between "Read" or "Modify" modes in the profile window.
