Unsubscribed is the equivalent of blocked numbers or blacklisted numbers i.e. someone who has requested that you don't use their contact details for any further communication.
If a contact has been marked as unsubscribed, either by the system automatically or manually by a user, administrators are able to resubscribe the contact manually.
This action should only be taken if:
- The contact was mistakenly unsubscribed
- The recipient has explicitly requested to be re-subscribed
Re-subscribing from Contacts:
- Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts
- Search for the contact, either by entering part of their name or full international number (i.e +642xxxxxxxx) and pressing enter
- Click on the phone number of the contact to view the edit contact screen
- Underneath Additional Information select Subscribed, if the option is disabled this means that you will need an Account Administrator to make the change for you

- Click Save on the bottom right of the page
- Confirm Subscribing the contact
Re-subscribing from Inbox:
- Navigate to Inbox
- Select a message of the unsubscribed contact to view the conversation view
- Click the Subscribe button

- Confirm the action
