Templates are a great way to save time composing messages or answering repeated requests.
Another use of a template is to create a signature if you use the same sign off on ad hoc messages sent from the web portal.
To access templates go to Messaging > Templates
Templates are available via a dropdown menu when composing a message
We have also introduced the concept of a default template where an administrator can specify a defined template to be selected by default. This can be assigned via Account > Account Settings
Users will be able to override this content by deleting or selecting a different template at time of send.
