Edit / Delete a Template

Editing and deleting templates can be done via the Templates page by navigating to Messaging > Templates 

• To edit a template either click on the template name or select the edit option from the ellipsis adjacent to the template
• Edit the name or content and click Save
   

• To delete a template, select the delete option from the ellipsis adjacent to the template
• Click Delete template in the confirmation pop-up
• To delete multiple templates, select the relevant checkboxes adjacent to the desired templates and click Delete
